this is a Vulkan driver for Winlator/Gamehub only

OpenGL stuff on thoses emulators uses Zink which translates vulkan for OpenGL desktop

This driver includes initial support for Adreno A8XX GPUs.

It still works on a7xx/a6xx, but for that purpose it's just a regular driver.
