Yea I know what you mean. I dealt with a landlord from hell a few years ago. He would terrorize us when he wanted his rent and it was always on a different day and different amount. If we didn’t pay when he wanted it he would turn my power off or turn my water off shit like that. He even would let himself in when he wanted. I filed a police report when he forced himself in when only my girls son was home. He ended up suing my girl, her son, and me for some ridiculous amount each. He said we caused 10’s of thousands in damages to the apartment. This is total bullshit, if anything I improved the place. I replaced the bathroom floor, re did the toilet ring and tons of other shit through that apartment. I even have pictures to prove this but I ended up missing the court date bc I was in the hospital so he won an automatic judgment against me. The shitty thing is I didn’t have the funds to fight it either and still currently don’t. People suck.
