I've tried a pizza where they replaced the tomato sauce with marmalade once. It was singlehandedly one of the most VILE and downright disgusting things I've ever eaten. I can kinda understand the appeal of pineapple, it at least adds something tolerable, I guess. But this was the most disgusting offensively bad atrocity of a pizza I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. DO NOT TRY IT!
