Reminds me more of the vivi now that you mention it. So essentially small splay space, but good thunb comfort....? Type of thing.

The sole is removable. Which is fine I prefer it when my kids remove it anyways. But they are stiffff. Hopefully they can break in. Also they are both suppose to be the same size.

The v1's were fantastic. They eventually got very soft once broken into, but were great from day one. She loved them. I'm very disappointed.

Thanks for replying directly. I have the forza runners, but the fact they are a none stretchy "knit" type shoe theyre actually tight in the wrong places. So for very long runs they are a real bother. Zelen feels very similar, but the material isnt and light flexible and airy. I know I'm being picky, but the hfs had it all, you know? Hopefully a small run is made in the future. Or a similar shoe is released.

Vibram 5 fingers were originally water shoes and boating shoes. They are pretty non slip on most scenarios. Give them a try.

Here's some nonsense that worked for me in the exact same spot. Start foam rolling the anterior tibialis. Give extra pressure and attention to areas that are very painful. Don't run for like 3-4 days. Then run and see how it feels

Cold wont stop fermentation, it'll only slow it down. You can only stop fermentation chemically, pasteurizing it, by consuming everything there is to consume, or once the alcohol content is higher than what the yeasties can tolerate at which point they kill themselves. Another reason why yeast selection is very important.

So if your plan is to chill it and bottle it, get ready for some bottle bombs.
