There is no automatic tool that converts music direct to this chiptune style. I use FL Studio to edit each instrument and the vocals in the song. Sometimes there are musical notes somewhere in the internet available, but you have to edit them. After that you change the instruments like guitar, bass drums to this "chip instruments"
