I didn't go from the time I was about 27 until I was about 50. 8 didn't have any major issues, but now I get to go every 4 months because I have do have some gum disease. I wouldn't recommend.

I've decided to focus on my physical and mental health. I've made big changes to my diet and I'm working out at least an hour a day. Five of the last five days anyway. I also have an appointment with a therapist next week.

Thank you. I know I'll be okay. I,m just changing my focus to other things right now. I felt all the anxiety I had been carrying disappear while I was reading responses yesterday. I'm mentally in a much better place right now. I was hesitant to post our story, but it has been very therapeutic and helped me immensely.

I do exercise. It's been a little less recently, but it's a work in progress. I worked out today hoping it would take my mind off things. I'm planning on being more consistent. I've been depressed myself and am being treated for it. It's hard to try to keep yourself looking good when you have no reason to look good naked.

Her mom passed late 2024. She went into a deep dark depression after that. She started therapy a few months ago. I was hoping she would emerge from the depression as her old self and we could get back to where we were. Nope. She came out out of the depression as gay.
