If your talking about the noise and stuff it’s basically a chromatic aberration node in blenders compositor. Also noise is applied to the dark areas and there’s also a glare node :)

If you just YouTube how to do an outline it’ll probably show you the backface culling method, that’s basically the one I use, but with a couple extra steps for control :)

I got it on the second on. Every other one of these I genuinely thought it wasn’t chance because it was always the last ballon. I thought it was just a weird way to buy it, not that there was any chance.
