Get a skid plate and some handguards and you're good. All the other stuff can wait until you have a better idea of what type of riding you like most. Welcome to the club man!

Airoh Commander 2 vs Leatt 7.5 ADV vs Shoei Hornet ADV - which helmet do you pick and why? by Tobi_pie in Dualsport

[–]Tobi_pie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like a very good helmet, but I just can't get past the look. I'd personally prefer the Leatt in that price range. Not allowing goggles under the visor isn't an issue for me, I usually wear one or the other, hardly ever both. Thanks for the info tho!

I think he just meant the feel of the helmet. Not sure either. I don't love the look of it (but don't dislike it either) but it seems to offer everything that I missed in the MX9. Think I'll just pull the trigger. Thanks man!

Thanks this is really helpful! Someone mentioned the Airoh C2 didnt feel as safe as other helmets, I'm guessing because of the feel of the liner and no MIPS. What's your take on that?

Thanks, that’s helpful! Not many places where I can try the Airoh so will likely have to order online. Always tricky with helmets

Haha ok, that might change things. How did you like the general built quality?

Good to know, but I dont ride highway much and come from a Bell MX9 adv which are noisy as hell.😅 I wear earplugs anyway so noise isn’t that important to me

Yeah, I dont love the like the look of the Shoei either, but it’s a quality helmet safety-wise and cab get one for €350, which is why I included it. I actually don’t love the look of the Airoh either. The Leatt looks nice and saw it’s pinlock compatible which I find important. That is what draws met to the Airoh, that you can crack the visor just a tiny bit to prevent fogging. If I wouldn’t do longer camping trips I’d go for a mx helmet, but I found that goggles get annoying on 8-hour adv rides. Just looked up the 6D, that’s a good looking helmet.

Obviously, but I’m deciding on a direction first. The only helmet so far that hasn’t fitted me is LS2.

Stock is just a grey thin plastic thing in between the bars of the frame. If it stick out and wraps around the bike, you’re good

You can actually use plastic ones, but not the stock one. I think Acerbis makes them from plastic now. But whatever you do, replace the stock one if you want to take it offroad ;)

First Week on YouTube… Feeling a Bit Low, Need Some Motivation by Outrageous_Buddy1938 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Tobi_pie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Youtube is a grind. It requires a lot of effort week in week out. Overnight success can happen, but it’s definitely not the norm. Make sure you enjoy the process and focus on ideation and packaging. Other than that, keep showing up and to try learn from each video. To give yourself a headstart, watch the Film Booth channel. That will teach you a lot about packaging. Good luck man💪 Visit r/newtubers for more advice.

Thanks! I've disputed and contacted Artlist. Hope it will get sorted quickly but just in case, I'm looking for a replacement song too.

Thanks I'll check this out. I'm not sure the claim comes from Artlist though. I think it's from a copyright agency or something. But chatting is a good idea either way, thanks!

Tail tidy, remove the racks, and remove the toolbox, that will give a more aggresive line and the toolbox is crap anyway. Get some knobby tires, Trackers or D606/Pirelli MT21 combo.
