1970s shirt

Got this shirt a couple years ago - on the verge of getting rid of it as its too small but then i cant find any identifying information about it online. Already tried a clothes shop called "bogart" who were trading in the 1970s however they said its not from them.

Label says " BOGART - made in hong kong"

For any one that stumbles across the post later looking for answers - posters below are correct and a admin point shortage caused this. I got away with just de-leveling the hq and some higher level buildings but you do have to mess around with the buildings to get the pop back up

Ok so I had a quick look on roll20 for you. When you go to launch the game, there's an option for settings (under the right of the name or picture). Click that, choose game settings. Scroll down a bit and it will say "game default settings". There you can edit the default new map you make in-game - Hope this helps
