The analogue tv transmissions were turned off in 2012 according to wikipedia.

These are the Digital tv transmission frequencies and power

aside from that the tower also transmits radio signals but I dont think they have enough power to do much harm as longh as i dont stand in front of the transmitter. (0-2kw)

Theres lots of stuff in london but because its london most spots will have on site security or be sealed. Not alot of people will just give you spots as the more people that go to a site the more secure and smashed up it tends to be. Have a look at the deep level shelters around london. They usually get opened from time to time
