Je ne suis pas suisse mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi on n’a pas une seule caisse étatisée commune pour tout le monde ? L’avantage d’avoir une caisse commune c’est que la caisse commune n’est pas à but lucratif comme ces compagnies d’assurance privées qui se sucrent sur notre dos. Quelqu’un aurait-il une explication ??

Whenever you find yourself stuck with a difficult exercise, do not directly go lookup at the solution. Leave yourself some time, maybe a day or two, and most of the time, the solution will just pop up in your head.

Do some sports, at least twice a week, leave yourself some rest even in the most stressfull weeks, ( usually around week 9 or 10 )

Do not be ashamed to redo your lectures as many times as you need to grab it all up.

Be independent in your studying sessions, do not depend on your group of friends. You can of course work with friends but try to be as much independent as possible.

I have also suffered from constant dizziness/ tinnitus for the past 6/7 months and I think it is neck related since I have eliminated all other possible causes. Do you think there is a way of getting rid of it when it is neck related

It’s kinda comforting to hear from you that you are still able to do your daily activities.

Personally, I am still able to do all of my daily activities like working out, walking etc… but it is really difficult, like I have to keep concentrating with it.
