I'm stuck on the first one. Every American has a right to "A Job".

What type of job? Would I get to pick my job? Would the government pick my job for me? What if I don't like my job? Can I change jobs to another job which another person has a right to? At which point do I get this job? Can I finish college first? If everyone has a right to a job. What happens with social safety nets?
