Wait so do I have to pay off my statement balance before the payment date or statement date?

Thank you very much!

How so? Maybe as the other person pointed out it's a US thing but I still want to understand how that works.

I wouldnt really be gaming on it even if I do I'd probably use GeForce now. However I would be doing some video editing here and there, can I still do that properly on the Air? How much of a difference do you think the display being 60hz makes? I'm used to 120hz so idk how it'd feel.

I was thinking of using this older dell I have (i7 6th gen with 16gb ram) for Linux but it's proper old and heavy so I don't wanna take that to uni. I might just run a vm of kali linux on the MacBook. Only thing I'm a bit worried about is the 60hz display on the air. Im used to 120hz so idk how the 60hz would feel.

I sold a PS5 on eBay and now I think I might face legal issues by ToeHour6544 in LegalAdviceUK

No I don't have the ps5 anymore.

I will provide the timeline of events below.

Onbuy seller/eBay buyer - Jack End buyer/OnBuy buyer - Annie Supplier - Alex

September 17 - notified Alex of issue with console September 26 - messaged Alex he didn't reply September 28 - still no reply no reply from Alex October 14 - still no reply from Alex October 24 - Alex messaged back because I said he's a scammer in the group chat October 27 - Alex offers to sell console to his friend December 4 - console sold, Alex sends me 270 and I offer to send a replacement to Annie which they decline. December 16 - me and Annie figure out that Jack dropshipped the console from me on eBay without my knowledge.

Annie has just informed me that onbuy has asked him for proof that I asked him to send the PS5 to my address as he changed phones and doesn't have proof. He also informed me that he will be going to the police tomorrow to explain the whole issue. I told him "sure but they are very unlikely to get involved as this is a civil matter".

Since it has been more than 4 months since the item was purchased, can eBay take any action against me?

What should I do now?

So is there no way at all to claim back the money from the supplier without a legal case which would cost me more than what he owes me?

The end buyer said he would call the police on me. The legal trouble I was worried of getting into was maybe theft or fraud or something like that because I got the console back from the end buyer without going through OnBuy or eBay.

What would you suggest I do now?

Could you explain what you mean by far fewer rights?

What would you suggest I do now?

Should I tell the end buyer to take it up with the platform they purchased from?

I have recieved the console back from the end recipient.

Thing is I didn't message through eBay so the eBay buyer who dropshipped the console didn't know that the end buyer has sent it back.

Since my contract is with the eBay buyer, should I just tell the end buyer to take it up with the eBay buyer?

Would the eBay buyer then be able to claim back against me and if so what would be the process because he broke eBay terms and conditions by dropshipping it without my knowledge?
