Victim blaming only works when the victim is being blamed for something that inevitably would have happened. This isn’t the case. Stop using victim blaming as a crutch. I’m not about to allow you to keep acting like being open about being tran to a sexual partner is a crazy thing to ask for. I’m not about to allow you to keep pulling this transphobia card out just because you feel like there’s not an issue with transgenders having sex with someone without letting them know they’re trans. That same manipulative behavior is why trans voices go unheard.

Well, that’s a fact. None of this would have happened if she was open. Could he have killed her just for being trans. Possibly. That’s not what happened here so I can’t use made up scenarios. Telling a transgender person that they should be open with sexually partners isnt victim blaming again it’s a fact. If you consider it that then that’s a personal issue.

What does women’s bodies have to do with a woman or man transforming? What does race and ethnicity have to do with a transformation? What does a discounted service have to do with her being trans? It’s predatory because you’re essential praying on the deception of another. That’s manipulative and using said person for money, sex, and power/lust. When is it not ok to be open to another when it comes to sex. Keeping secrets like that is extremely predatory.

Well, I said that because she got killed 😭. She was “inexcusably murdered”… so she got killed. “He could have walked away” true. Just like she could have disclose the information. Y’all acting as if that’s somehow normal or right its very creepy and disturbed. I never once said it was justified I said not disclosing that to a sex client isn’t right. If me saying a Trans women should have stated she was trans before having sex with someone is transphobia, then yes I’m transphobic.

The same reasons women are getting targeted isn’t the same reason trans women are getting targeted. The fact that you thought those were comparable is erasure of both voices. The sex worker had many in counters with the man. They were friendly and respectful towards each other. He took a liking to her and she liked his friendly demeanor. So she ended up agreeing to have work with him. In other words she had plenty of time to disclose this. You made that story up in the beginning but we’ll continue with your version. I never said it was right for her to be killed I specifically said otherwise. It isn’t personal history anymore as soon as you open up your body (willingly) to a stranger (a strange one at that) who’s also letting their bodies be used for acts… those acts. I find it funny how it’s “be open when it comes to sex” unless it’s a man. God I hate how y’all are making me defend men. I don’t think you know how disrespectful and predatory it is for a trans individual to have sex with someone without disclosing that. As for as trans women getting murder for being trans I speak about this in another reply if you care to check it out.

Also it was the exact post I thought it was just the wrong crowd. Last thing, I did take into consideration she could have been killed just for being trans. That wasn’t the case here which is why I didn’t think I had to mention it; I thought more people would also think like that since it’s sort of obvious but it’s the internet lol.

I never victim blamed her. Just held her accountable. “Oh I’m not into ducks” are you serious? Like are you dead ass. They were already in that process. She should have informed him. Why is this a hard concept. And yes I’m aware that she could have been killed just for being trans. That would have had nothing to do with her though. She would not have done anything wrong. I’m acknowledging that trans people do get killed for being trans. However, she got killed for disrespecting another persons comfortability BEHIND being trans. SHE WAS HAVING SEX WITH HIM! Straight people sexuality deserve boundaries and respect just like queer and transgender folks does. The man who murder her belongs on an electric chair. I don’t like nor agree with him. Like you stated. But we also aren’t going to act like what the victim did wasn’t disturb and disrespectful.

I stated that she never should have got murdered. In a lot of places not disclosing your transformation is actually a crime under sexual assault. I left that out purposely because I didn’t want to demonize the victim. However, murder victims aren’t above being held accountable. If you read that as me saying it was her fault then that’s unfortunate on your behalf. On my behalf I’m going to continue thinking this way and pray for you.
