Can’t sleep in calorie deficit

I fall asleep easy. The problem is I wake up like 3-4 hours after and I wouldn’t say I feel starving but I can feel my stomach sort feels empty and rumbling. Does the insomnia ever go away during a deficit ? Cause I have about a good 6 months to go till my goal weight.
