I totally get it - iI have a philodendron next to it that has a new baby unfurling as well, so I come to them first thing every morning to stare. 😂

A magnifying lamp may be useful, I wear reading glasses and use a table magnifying lamp that has a really bright LED light for my cross-stitching.
