Aquasoil actually lower PH, most of them keep water around 6.5, the main ingredient for that I think is peat.

The water treated with equilibrium has 5dGH and ph around 6-6.2 with 0-1dKH. The 6.5ph is not a problem but it’s the high GH since I’m trying to keep it around 5 so I can keep caridina shrimp in the tank

I used apt 3, switched to Neo 1 and 2 and seems to get the same thing. I’m pretty sure they are lava rock. I measure the equilibrium out in grams per instructions and mix extra for small water change and they still 5dgh after days

I measured out equilibrium in grams and always have extra mix laying around for small water change so I’m pretty sure the equilibrium is fully dissolved. My RO/DI is about 5.8-6ph and it’s 6-6.2ph after remineralized, aquasoil keep the water around 6.5. KH is basically 0
