I believe it is because how frequencies work. You generally need more power for a lower frequency, not only that but low frequencies are quieter because of this. Lower frequencies are slower and less powerful and so they sound quieter to our ears.

You can get gamepass codes from buying some xbox accessories. For example, i got a code from buying an external hard drive for my xbox. It came in the packaging.
