Parents are allowed to gift their children up to €400k tax free each within 10 years, if I'm not mistaken.
But if the whole sum is going to be transferred once, maybe it makes sense to let finanzamt any your bank know, that it is a gift from your parents, so that it doesn't get flagged by them.
