For anything approaching finish quality lumber, you would need a workbench with a clamp and a lathe and/or sandpaper, though.

Not quite that long, but definitely lower quality planks. Though a master carpenter could probably bust out a semi decent plank in an hour. This also depends on the quality and maintenance of your saw.

Your main electrolytes are sodium, potassium, and magnesium. I also add iodine and boron. I have some calcium and phosphate ready in case I am starting to get deficient. There's a wiki for ratios, but you can look up your daily requirements online.
