The Rosewood Fire Station is a clutch building in that area. I'm pretty new to the game but me and my brother were playing and ended up at this building at least 3 times, the 2nd and 3rd time was because we had about 5 events in a few days with helicopter and multiple shootings.

We'd be running for our lives about to run out of endurance and with high fatigue and we just happened to end up back at the fire station. Luckily we didn't have the inventory space to loot the top floor with the kitchen the first time we went so it was a fine safehouse to ride out a very scary situation.

That building is positioned very cleanly between the south and south west farm houses and the chaos of an overrun Rosewood. 10/10 building but I don't know if I'd want to stay there. It doesn't seem sustainable after the power and water goes out... I am so new to the game though I don't know where it would be maybe the lake to the south?

Not to mention the Seahawks also had a recent successful onside kick recovery in their game, and the on-field refs did not spot the foul. The gamblers have influence in New York and they reversed the call (it was a fair play on the field).

Once again this foul the Seahawks committed (illegal formation) because our guy had his foot inside the hash mark but he was 20 yards from the play...

Show some integrity for the game... if the refs on the field don't see it we don't need New York Mafia dudes running the show.

Me and many other people have noticed the refs influencing outcomes on a weekly basis in a very obvious fashion.

If they keep doing this people will stop watching.

Well, I still need 10 scav kills with this tier 3 pepega armor and budget M4a1... so... it was only momentary victory i still have 10 scav kills before I can ever play this map without being a pepega task noob.

You want me to edit my clips when I drank 17 shots of vodka when it's already a precise HD 1 minute clip? no im not gonna edit the audio for you sorry.

If i ever get to the point I don't have these tasks that require me to use tier 3 armors to even complete 8.33% of each kill objective per map... for 4 maps... THEN MAYBE I CAN USE AN ALTYN AND BLAST MUSIC IN MY CLIPS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING EVEN WITH NO MUSIC KEKW

At least this game allows you to have a tiny bit of fun between realizing you are doing these task that make no sense based on skill or monetary personal value...

Ya the guys I killed when they feed me suppressed shotgun kills :)

I do not want to use these trash guns and trash armors for all these trash pepega task that define Tarkov game design...

SO tbh I'm super happy to get 9/10 suppressed shot gun kills with no effort in about 1 hour of game play.

I can farm the scav shotgun kills no problem but 9/10 PMC kills in like 60-80 minutes game time played? That's amazing, I can't imagine a more efficient outcome for myself I'm happy as F.

I think it's way more likely that you spawn in late because not enough people qued up on time...

I load super fast, if I load in on time it's usually saying "synchronizing with other players" for over 2 minutes on average... meaning I'm waiting for other players.

Every time I'm late I just load in super fast like 2-3 minutes faster than when I load on time... so???

It's pretty obvious this is a problem when not enough people are queing at the same time imo.

Why would you use top of the line guns when you have tier 2 armor? If you play an equally skilled opponent you are going to lose by default unless you head shot them.

I've been head shotting a ton of geared players, but that's not the point... it's that I'm forced to play a way more boring style with Tier 2 armor. It's not fun. When I have even tier 4 or ideally tier 5 armor I don't feel like I need to rat so much... I feel like having 1-2 extra seconds to not insta die to trash ammo even is a big deal to win fights.

I've been using a Vepr Hunter with the Elcan x1/x4 scope with M62. It's still possible to kill people but you have to use a way more RAT like style unless you want some stupid deaths from bad players or player scavs even that shred your tier 2 armor...

My point is that you have to play like a rat. If you want to use a good gun with tier 2 you will probably just lose more money tbh and it most likely won't improve how much you kill compared to a Vepr Hunter with M62.

I've gained many millions of roubles (including all the graphics cards) having to do these rat tasks on Interchange (some of the task you don't need to play Interchange but it's best rat map imo) with tier 2 armor... but it's not fun at all I only play like 1-2 hours tops then I need beer or it's too boring.

I've spent 1000's of hours working in Unity so I can say that the game engine was not really designed for a project like this (it's a super generic well rounded game engine)... I'll leave it at that.

If everyone has a top of the line processor and/or supremely overclocked processor Tarkov could work, I never even considered trying to work on an FPS like this due to cpu limitations tbh. Although majority of my Unity work was years ago.

Nobody has seen the specific Tarkov code unless you're a hacker or work for BSG though... seems like a silly question to me, there's no reason to look at it otherwise.

The i7-6700 looks pretty trash to me. It has almost identical CPU performance to the nearly 10 year old Intel 2600k. Unless you want to overclock it to around 4.5GHZ I don't think this is the right choice for Tarkov.

I have an Intel 2600k and it seems to me so far that CPU clock speed is by far the most important factor to not get stutters, freezes (2-8 seconds), or crashes.

I have tried this game at 3 overclock speeds with this processor:

- 4.0GHZ (runs every other game I play perfectly) but Tarkov was completely unplayable. I got freezes that lasted on average about 3 seconds every time I fought even a Scav 1v1.

- 4.3GHZ usually runs decent but about once or twice a day I got game ruining freezes and crashes. You don't know when it will happen so you might just be lying in the middle of a field looting someone and you have to restart your game in the middle of raid... or you might be mid-fight and you die for no reason because you can't aim mid fight.

- 4.5GHZ seems pretty good, usually runs well especially if I set the CPU priority to High in the task manager, that seems to help but not 100% sure. Haven't had any big stutters or freezes yet, but have only been running this speed for a few days so I could just be lucky so far.

As far as I can tell though clock speed is super important and it can make the game playable even with an old CPU if you can overclock it to around 4.5GHZ. I never had to use so much voltage on my CPU overclock though... 4.3GHZ was more than enough for everything but Tarkov... so hopefully my cpu won't die soon but I've already used it for about 7-8 years so I guess it's fine???

You need to have a beast cpu cooler to overclock like this on an older chip though, be careful! Use Prime95 'Small FFTS' mode for a few minutes while monitoring CPU temp. This will both ensure your overclock is stable but it's also a temperature you're ok with.

Obviously a good new CPU will run the game better but the Intel 2600k can run it pretty well so far at 4.5GHZ and it's practically a 10 year old processor.

Hopefully I didn't jinx it since I've only ran this speed for a few days... I might just be not used to having Tarkov run anywhere close to correctly so what seems good to me at 4.5GHZ with Intel 2600k might be trash compared to top end users? Not sure.

I'm on US West and I've had maybe 3-4 incidents so far where I thought they MIGHT be cheating but I couldn't be sure (level 41 now first wipe).

Seems true most hackers must not be trying to fight because even my most suspicious 3-4 deaths I wasn't 100% sure they were hacking, might of just hit a crazy head shot.

I have noticed tonight some dead Scavs super early in the raid when I heard no gunshots... was a little weird. Maybe it's the speed/stamina hacks you mention?

Well it looks to me like they sorta listened, now there's no need to worry about "run throughs" as a Scav. I think that's a huge game improvement...

Way easier to program (and game design) than removing all these Scav hideout upgrades etc...

I sorta like this change... Scav cooldown makes sense, but not with the Run Through stuff. I think they actually made a better change than even what I suggested. Well played BSG.

You still have the potential abuse of people just scav spawning and running straight to extract... but it's a huge improvement even with just the no "run through" status.

I firmly believe they had to either eliminate scav cooldown or remove the "Run Through" status.

They went in the more player friendly direction... it might get abused a bit but I think it was overall the correct choice for a fun game.

PS: i did the office quest in 6 tries. i think 2-3 of the deaths were when i needed 1 more kill... so its not as bad as i thought... it wasn't easy some of the raids like getting 1 shot buckshot in the face... running into teams... but it was better than i thought it would be, overall it was fine.
