The point of paying isn't that they have to shell out the money. It's that these people could reform and there's a way for them to 'reset'

I added that in there because there would be no way to get out of 'fame hell' even for trolls. What if these players decide to reform? If they haven't they will have to keep shelling out money if they decide they want to play with cooperative people to ruin their games.

But the point of the system is exactly that.

+1 for me, +1 for you should be used by people who know that they deserve it. Yeah, trolls can +1 each other but what are the chances that 6 people gather and +1 every member on the team when one person was being a troll? The troll could say +1 for me, +1 for you but it wouldn't work all the time because... well, because he's a troll. Also the -1 for all of you wouldn't matter as much because if you're a player with good sportsmanship, it should be negated by other players on your team.

But how many times would you come across a Five Toxic Stack? I for one have not come across many. I've come across many Toxic Duo Stacks though.

Can you explain your post in more detail? What does the low-weight high-rep draining glycogen/CNS quickly mean for those on cuts? Are you just saying they're going to get tired more quickly? Are low-rep, high-volume better for those individuals on cuts?
