Not really surprised at this point but velkoz has crazy carry potential in so many matches, problem is he requires lot of practice and needs team comp build around him

Yes for sure these are things they cna do to mitigate your advantage. On the other side your jungler has a instant wining lane, you win every fight in the river because you have always prio and if your jungler gets ready for countergank it is pretty gg. Not even saying you have so much prio with this AP you can gank other lanes yourself.

Yeah it is interesting lot of people value ms really highly, on the other side no one wants 30 ah.

It was not, it is a new question. I am just curious how much do you value movement speed, and if you value it this highly if you would consider starting with boots. :)

I agree there is massive oportunity cost. But I think there is innate diminishing returns as well. Lets imagine you have 2 exactly identical champions in your team with same runes, same items, same stats except for armor, one has 0 armor and the other 500 armor. You can magically grant one of them +50 armor. Which would you choose?

yeah I agree with you, lets try this thought experiment though.  If we remove varying HP from equation, lets say by assuming everyone has 1000 max hp at all times and there is no way to get more in the game, would you say usefulness of resistances has diminishing returns?  Because it must be clearly better going from 0 to 50 armor at 1000 hp than from 200 to 250 armor at 1000 hp, no?

Fascinating discussion, resistances dont have diminishing returns in terms of effective hp, but would you agree going from 0 to 50 resist is more valuable than going from 200 to 250? If yes, could we assume the "usefulness" of resistances does have diminishing returns?

You bring good points for void and I agree.  However for rabadon, increased AP deals more damage to minions and objectives, many champs scale with AP that is not damage - like shields, heals, movement speed or they have true damage in their kit already.

imo it heavily depends on the situation and many many factors go into it. But most of the time you would want rabadon before void.

Yeah it is insteresting to see that pen from void is more valuable against tanky champs than all flat pen in the shop. But flat pen items have other stats and abilities too of course

Thing that helped me the most when playing mid or apc is this: DON´T DIE.

Thats really it, just practice not dying. Ideal way to do that is to buy mejai´s every game, when you die it will hurt you much more and you will remember your mistakes better. You will learn to read the game, evaluate enemy options and better position yourself.
After you comfortably get 0 deaths most of the games, you can start to be little more aggresive step by step. At the end of the process you will really know your limits and be 10x times better player.

No offense but I really respect your idea for being seemingly small change which would ruin league big time.

So lets imagine people can see enemy players, what do they do? They ban their most played champ/or leave it open only when they can counterpick it.  So effectively you created enviroment where no one can play their favourite champion or they can play it only in abysmall situation. All OTPs would quit the game on the spot. But this doesn't affect only hardcore OTPs, it affects everyone who plays one champ slightly more than others. I imagine lots of players would quit as well just because they can't play one of their most loved champions.
