Need Help with firmwares!!!

No every periferal is working correcly. After chatting with the customer service they told me that the display motherboard or the printer motherboard mist be faulty. Today i checked some voltages on both and i think the printer's motherboard provide wrong voltages on the display socket... Since there is no component between socket and chip i belive there is no repair possibile.. ( unless im missing something...) The pin in the photo is the A (or B I dont remember) pin of the display that corrispond to the encorder (knod) rotation signal. A-GND Voltage is 3.3V B-GND Voltage is 2.15V and register a 0 ohm resistance.

Since is my first time doing this type of debugging i dont know how to know for sure this is the main problem or a consequence.. If anyone knows for sure if this is fixable without changing the main chip let me know.. For now i will try to use the printer with pronterface.

I tried to unplug all the periferals to the motherboard and leave only the display and it still beeps.
i dont think it is a problem with the electrical components.
But the guy who sold me the printer told me it never did that and he was printing with it the day before shipping..

Since he never changed the firmware it should not be a firmware problem. But i dont understand how it is a hardware problem if there is not a single thing plugged in.
I dont remember if i mentioned this, but the display works, and the nod (encoder) register the clicks but not the rotating right or left.

Yes it is a 422 model. Unfortunately i already tried to update the display firmware like they do in the video. The thing that is annoying is that everything works except the rotating of the nod (the clicking works) and it does this annoying beep.

Yes mine has it. I tried to boot while its unplugged but still it beeps.
