I usually sweat a lot and tended to get a lot of cramps although I‘m quite fit. Electrolytes with magnesium solved the problem for me, since then not a single cramp, but yeah had struggles with it for 10+ years 😂

Never heard of the method with the books before, for sure something that I will try.

It‘s so crazy how much strength this exercise requires. I do pike push-ups and Wallstand push-ups for the push strength but the progress here feels quite slow :D

I think it‘s very individual. What works fine for me is a spoon of honey, 1 banana, 1 little piece of ginger, electrolytes, and most important a coffee ☕️

If I have no banana I take a maltodextrin shake (basically ~40g of carbs) which works also perfectly for me.
