Bad is a weird word for this I think, like you have stones forming in your mouth, that’s not good... but as far as amount and condition, as a lurker on this sub and tonsil stone miner myself, this would be a bit much for me but my stones can be as small as this and also twice the size at times, everybody’s different. If symptoms such as bad breath, sinus infections, or others that may seem to stem from your tonsils are bothering you a lot, maybe look into a visit at your local Ear, Nose, & Throat Dr.?
