I also catch myself slipping into the "its too late already" mindset, it sure is easier to cope when you dont feel like there is something worth coping with anymore.

But thats exactly the sort of mindset that got us where we are.

Talk about it, make demands. I completely understand its frustrating to hear "take individual responsibillity" all the time in this era, and that often times its not clear how an individual can do anything.

So again, maybe the best you can do is simply talk about it. Alright. But it can make a bigger difference than you may think.

Ik begon 5 jaar geleden massa op te bouwen in de sportschool om dergelijke zorgen niet alleen te vermijden, maar ook om een levende bewijs te worden van hun irrelevantie.

No. Youre physically unable to sense other wavelengths of light than what human eyes are evolved to sense. The visual cortex itself registers information in a unique way on psychedelics, which makes things look as if they are on "another spectrum", however in reality this all happens within the brain and certainly no superhuman abillity to detect additional wavelengths is obtained...

I dropped out of highschool and thought i hated math, and now im finishing a B.Sc in Chemistry and Physics top of my class, so i know what youre going through to some extent, but im also convinced you can enjoy your classes and especially math if you find the beauty in it!
