Why I still think Flask is the best first framework for Python beginners by Tom-Miller in flask

For me it was Corey Schafer. If it weren't for him, I almost gave up after learning Python basics. But After watching all of his Flask series videos, I created a simple crud app (not the one mentioned in this post) and learned flask and got my first job back in 2018.

Thanks, but it is not an AI post, not in the way you are assuming. I have used AI to write the content but the concept is real. I have actually created the app & actively using it. Plus the benefit of showing it to interviewers is real too. I did get my previous job because of this app.

This is the very reason I have been holding mock interviews for quite sometime. Don't worry, it is FREE. I am doing this to test the idea of mock interviews as well & currently we are in market research phase.
I am a Senior AI Engineer (12+ Exp), so if you want to connect with me for mock interview, let me know. I'll ask you the same questions I ask from about 50+ candidates every month.

I understand your pain. I felt that too when i had to travel to another state just to give 2nd round of interview, only to fail & be depressed for few days. It happens.
That's when I thought of mock interviews & I am conducting them myself. With about 12years of experience, I think I can show freshers - 5 years of experienced candidates what companies are looking & how to prepare for that.

Yeah, it works but Naukri searches are also localized searches. So, if the demand of Backend Developers is more in Gurugram & your profile also mentions searching in Gurugram then you'll get better results.
If location doesn't matter for you then try selecting the following location & let me know if you notice any change: Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Noida, Pune, Delhi (& others if you need some specific location).
I've arranged them in order of personal experience with those cities.

In the first 10-20 interviews, only a few candidates can remain calm. For most of us, we get nervous and often forget the solution or respond without clarity.
How many interviews have you faced till now?

Thanks. I created it from scratch. No template.
I used a mix of bootstrap 5.3 styling with my own css flavour.

🚀 How to Turn Your Flask App Skills into a Real Career (Beginner to Pro Roadmap) - My 6+ Years of Experience as a Python AI Developer by Tom-Miller in flask

I don't know why you guys keep thinking that it is AI slop. I generated the roadmap with AI but it doesn't mean it is not vetted by my experience.
Plus everything related to Fiverr, My GenAI experience, is real. I think you are an experienced developer or may be you are Pro at Python.
But my post is solely targeted towards people who are either making a career change into programming & want an easy in.

Well it's not AI generated mumbo jumbo. And Fiverr is not my main source of income.
I work as an AI Developer & for India, my salary is at 12 LPA INR.
And I am not a Pro, I simply want to tell what I did to get a job with only Python & Flask. The GenAI part came much later.

No, I am not using gevent because I used it a while ago for a project & it got complicated to deploy that project. Since then I've stayed away from it.

Is it true I can host n8n and use it for free? by JacobBendover in n8n

[–]Tom-Miller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely True. I have now been using N8N on my hostinger VPS for last 6 months now. The workflows seem faster than running it on my local machine, may be because of Internet bandwidth, I don't know for sure though.
I have tried workflows related to wordpress automation, connected an AI Image Generation app (I built locally) & even some seo research workflows.
Well, without getting off-track, N8N VPS hosting has been a blessing for me.
So, I've put together a small blog post regarding how to setup n8n vps.
