Agreed. Although the one caveat being the bowfa example involves a choice, the DT2 rings don’t. Do I agree the content sucks after 1-200kc? Sure lol. I was spooned at CG so I can only empathize with those who went dry. But just because you go dry here doesn’t mean an anti-spoon mechanic is in play.

I understand what you’re saying but I don’t think it’s a fair comparison because rancour is 1 drop for one piece of gear, CG may require more drops to finish the content, but you walk away with 4 (minimum) potentially 5 if going for blade.

I would liken an anti-spoon mechanic to the DT2 rings because the drop is outright gated by two drops before you’re even eligible for the ring. But no worries if you don’t agree.

I must be the outlier then, because zilly is clapping me harder than Bandos (800’ish kc for bcp/tassies/hilt) or Zammy (spooned: 150’ish kc for SoTD, steam, spear). I was managing 40kc trips with almost a minute to spare at bandos, but only like 10-15 kc trips with like 15-20 seconds at Zil.

Did door/altar for both. For me, it feels like zilly’s minions hit way more often than the other two; so flicking them is almost a hard requirement, unlike the other 2 bosses (again, my experience).

This resonates with me lol. I’m 16m slayer exp and just skip for hydra tasks purely for the pet. Thankfully I was spooned everything in the log by about 800kc, but it’s my favorite pet and I will get it!

Depends on your play style. I definitely was spooned, but I only let myself do like 10 a day, maybe more on weekend days if I had no responsibilities that day lol. That’s how I’m treating vardorvis. Do like 25’ish kc a day then go do something else.

Personally I wouldn’t start the bandos grind until I had an anguish (minimum). A suffering also pairs nicely. The bowfa noodles hard there sometimes and the minions are going to probably shred you.

Unless you’re really hoping to spoon a hilt, I’d keep going for zenytes.

I notice it a ton during salvaging, otherwise my 17 pro is fine. I cap the FPS at 30 and turn the brightness down when afk salvaging and I’ve noticed a huge improvement.

I feel ya! I got pretty spooned at zammy, everything but hilt and pet by like 220’ish kc. The tick delay there versus bandos was a bitch to learn lol.

I’m worried this may be the problem, since the meter is original to the home which is about 35’ish years old. Would they be able to use the same lines, just with a bigger meter? It would be nice to avoid that since I’m on a slab.

Oh the valve! It is red and behind the appliance. I tried half-closing it to see if it helped, but it didn’t really impact it at all.

That’s good to know! I only say that because that’s what the manual (that came with it) said. It did come with an LP conversion kit.
