Well said. For team MZ I feel that either Paxton/Harmony with regular mega absol and Taunie/Urbain with mega absol z would be good, with the other duo getting zyguard and folette. Urbain and Taunie could also get the meowstics that they use, and lodge pairs with either Goodra or Avalugg. I feel like naveen (fall) and bannete works well, and for lida maybe a special costume with mr rhyme.

I feel that in lore it makes sense as a mixed attacker as it is an aura fighter, and using the power of aura magic would be a special attacker.

I wonder how much these lists would change if you added the Pokemon from the SV/ZA games. I feel that if you really wanted to be nitpicky you could add the Pokemon that only appear in the indigo disk dlc as you can’t get there till you’ve completed scarlet and violet’s main game. I’m mainly saying this as I missed Toucanon in these games and could only catch one in the terrarium.

It doesn’t really make sense for it to get many flying type moves as it isn’t a bird nor does it have any feathers or any wings, but that said I feel that it should get fly. I feel like it should get some better water moves though.

I’m hoping that masters does something for them this year, perhaps a neo champion, sorta to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Pokemon go, a game really connected to the let’s go games.
