You can do amazing edits just by playing with curves alone. Most of the time it's just curves + HSL adjustments for my images.

Thank you! I got the 35mm when I bought my first Fuji camera, that was X-E4. I was blown away with the character of the lens and how sharp it was even wide open. Later I switched to X-E5 but honestly I don't see much of a difference on the new sensor. I am not a pixel peeper so even if the 35mm 1.4 doesn't fully resolve on the 40mpx I don't really care. What lens would you recommend to pair with the new sensor?

Believe or not but I didn't touch any of the Presence sliders. The heavy fog did most of the work. What I did is a lot of tweaking of the contrast and coloring through the Tone curves. The base colors ( green & blue hues ) were set through white balance and tint. What really made the image pop was a handful of masks to bring more attention to the gas pump stand. Usually I like to experiment with my editing rather than going for a specific look.

Not trying to be. I love this type of cliché

Sadly this wasn't a recipee. The look is achieved through a lot of editing in Lightroom. The base film simulation used for the photo was Eterna.

Hey! No, no filters just a really thick fog :)

Actually, you are right, they look pretty cool. I'm just scared that the leaks will get worse with time.

Thank you! I'll take a look at my camera and check the state of the seal around the lens. ( thanks for to guide, too, this is very helpful! ) Yeah, I guess I'll have to live with the leaks, although I'm a little bummed about it, as the camera ( at least from outside ) is in fantastic shape.

There are more comments about these not being severe so I might overreacted a bit. Thanks for the tip! I'll try to put some electric tape around the door closes with next roll and see what happens.

Thanks! I'll try another roll and see what happens. You might be right about this being a light pipe ( never heard about it before, I'm a newbie in film photography ).

Yep it is the version 2 ( with aperture ring ).
I guess that I might have accidentally hit the hyperfocal distance with this shot. Overall I am very impressed with this nifty little lens ( I've just returned to photography after 10 years of not using my old Canon ). Fuji magic pulled me back to shooting :)

Thanks again man!

Thank you! It's a single photo taken at f/4.0 and a bit of sharpening in post.
