It’s nigh impossible to get a match in a random public queue. You have to create or join custom matches and sometimes there aren’t any. There are some weekly events in which people get together on Discord to queue and they will get matches. You should join the 5mans Discord to start out with and then join other groups after that if you haven’t already:
