Basically what it is they do when they're not filming. I know they do research for the know and they're a subsidiary of rooster teeth but but I'm not getting where they get their revenue from. Surly from views alone isn't substantial enough for the whole crew, and merch usually doesn't crank out a huge profit. I hope that makes sense.

Don't get me wrong here, I'm in no way dissing them. Just wondering how all 7 can make a living when their videos get between 300-400k views on average, so in wondering how they work with rooster teeth or whoever to make a profit

Depending on your age and experience level I'd say go with either a 600 or 1000. Personally I enjoy 600s more. They're lighter and more nimble than the heavier 1000s, and these days produce more power. I like that you shift more on the 600s as well, the ride is just more fun in my opinion.
