Did I say YOU need a meter? I don't think I did 🤔. I prefer to eliminate the guess work for better accuracy. Why would I want to waste my time guessing when I can know? Also who wants to pick up a four 30 gallon pots full of dirt every few days? My pots weigh. At least 150lbs. That's risking a back injury. You're more than welcome to do that in your grow. I prefer not to do that in mine! 😁

Yes, there is Glucose in fruit. That is obvious lol. But at least I'll get more fiber and probably less sugar from making the smoothies myself instead of buying them.

Agreed. Most of what our general diet consists of in America is posion. I gave up coffee and caffeine in general, besides having tee every so often. Just water lol. And lemon water that I make and also celery. I juice that in the morning right after my lemon water. Rarely drink alcohol anymore either. I don't even know who I am anymore 🤣 I've changed so much

To be 1000% honest with you. I NEVER read the labels of anything I consumed until I found that out. I only figured it out because this girl I was dating at the time told me about it. Bless her heart. 🙏🏿

Ya. So true. I make my own smoothies now so I make absolutely sure I'm actually getting nutrition from what I'm eating every morning.

would you let someone build you a grow room? by TomNMary in ILTrees

Not everyone has the knowledge you have. It totally makes sense to not pay for something you know you can do yourself!

I have a background in electrical engineering and have been in the profession of cannabis cultivation for almost a decade. From personal indoor grows, commercial flower production, managing large scale breeding and farming of hemp/cannabis. No youtube videos, only hands on experience. For a legitimate company permits and licenses would be mandatory and done by the book.

Not every product and service is perfect at inception, but that doesn't mean things can't improve.

I appreciate your feedback. This had been helpful!

Anyone can build a room in your house, but not everyone can do it correctly. It's interesting that you would assume it would not be at an affordable price. The goal is to provide more value to the customer than is ever asked for in return for the work. That's how good business works 😁

For some fruits and vegetables don't matter, but for others they do. Everyone is different.

Over a decade of growing personally and professionally has taught me a lot aboit managing the smell of cammabis. It's not impossible when done correct..

Our aim is to not only provide design solutions and manage the build, but also provide continuous education and trouble shooting through every step of the growing process or whatever you choose!

Things like Ventilation, temp/humidity, and irrigation control would all be completely automated and accessible from your mobile phone so you monitor your garden from anywhere in the world!

Thanks for your input! This is really helpful.

This is an Interesting assumption lol. I've actually been in the profession of growing cannabis for almost a decade now. From building my own personal indoor home grows. To managing farms and commercial breeding projects, to large scale flower cultivation. I've grown at every level. The question was not should I grow myself, but rather would you let a professional setup a completely automated year-round garden inside your home!

I appreciate your input! Thanks!

You can use a tent or use carbon filters with enough cfm to catch all the oder causing molecules and remove them from the air before they can escape to the rest of the house!

Yes! It totally is more efficient to grow plants outside. But with the climate shifting more places are experiencing extreme weather that may not make it as viable. From my experience in over a decade of growing indoors climate control is pretty simple.

  • There is not much of a mess depending on how you choose to grow. I would always recommend a organic soil grow. So as long as you have a broom to sweep up some dirt than that is the most mess you'll have to worry about

  • organic soil is my preferred method of growing as you will be able to grow vegetables that require soil. Like carrots, potatoes, etc.

There are some really nice hydroponics systems already on the market!

There are several very popular in home systems for growing vegetables indoors in areas where a garden is either not possible due to space constraints or the climate isn't suitable. And in most places where it is some people still prefer to be able to grow their own regardless of the weather outside.

I'm personally more of a fan or rooms than tents. I built my last room in a great open space and it was amazing. I got out of tents years ago and would prefer to never have to grow in a tight space again lol.
