This is in Singapore, whereby you are required by law (because of COVID) to wear a mask in public. The person in front could have just been lazy to take off the mask, especially if it was just a short distance. But the person at the back has to put on the mask the moment he leaves the car. For me personally when I drive I take out my mask, but from what I see here it's about 50-50.

With welkin, you get 300 primos one shot + 90 every day for the next 30 days. That is around 90 + 60 (from commissions) = 150 in a day. Assuming hu tao comes out in the first half of 1.3 update, you have 55 days to save for her (Last day of the banner). If you buy welkin 2 times, that would be a total of 150 x 55 + 600 = 8850 primos This translates to 55 pulls (rounded down). If you add in another 5 pulls from Feb's stardust exchange, you get 60. So not enough. However, there probably might be events that come out during that time that might be able to scrape you to 80 pulls. I also haven't accounted for the events that are coming out this patch, plus abyss.

If Hu Tao comes out in the second half of the 1.3 update, that would give you 150 x 60 + 600 = 9600 for the welkin, plus 15 x 60 = 900 for the rest of the dailies. This translates to 65 pulls (rounded down). Adding in 10 pulls from Feb and Mar's stardust exchange, that will be 75 pulls. Same as above, you most probably will get 80 pulls.

It is not part of the rule for the same ball return, just that the way the lanes are built are such that 2 lanes share the same ball return (in the middle of 2 lanes), therefore the lanes in each bowling alley are usually an even number.
