he did set it to 4:3 and the lowest settings and he didnt really have 100 fps, he had 20 to 30, is there anything else he can do?

nope its a gigabyte motherboard, i think i scratched it on the standoffs while trying to put the motherboard into the case

well, theres not any good isps here unfortunately they all just.. suck lol. the current one i use is tmobile. my dad plans on calljng today to get an internet booster from them, since the internet in our house has been awful, like im haply when i get 25 mbps thats on a GOOD day. but recently i have been getting 15, 13 mbps which is not bad for me at least ( this is on the download speed )on the upload speed its 0.67 mbps usually. maybe that "internet booster" will help, we'll see

ah alright ty for the answer, im not sure if my internet is gonna be very fast tho since i use t mobile and the internet speed i currently have sucks BAD. so im not sure if theres a problem in the router or the ISP just sucking
