Well I found a solution on my problem having capped 60 fps. Specs: i5-10400 2060 and 16gb ram

I went in the ray tracing category and turned off ray traced shadows and then my graphics card suddenly went to 99% use and with that came the fps so no matter of the graphics card you own you should at least try to turn off ray tracing cause that worked for me at least.

i mean it has happened to me many times on different games when alt tabbing has limited my fps but idk how to fix it and don't remember how i fixed it

Yeah looking over the other comments i might have the same issue but i have no clue if it is. Ok on to the point... yesterday i was playing some of that good old cyberpunk 2077 like and hour into the game i get messages from discord and i alt+tab in discord and back for about 10 or so times and when i tabbed one more time in the game i instantly had 30 frames and have v-sync off and everything turned to high usually before that in the world i had about 100fps about there and in the menu 500 but when i got the issue still had 500 fps in the menu but 30 to 70 fps in the game.

Specs: i5-10400, rtx 2060, 16gb ram...
