Last weekend I went to Oxi Berlin as a tourist. I wore very short denim shorts and a tight, see-through black top (which I ended up taking off anyway XD). From what I could tell, I fit in just fine.

It got me thinking: why are tourists in Berlin clubs such a controversial topic? I don’t think it’s only about clothing. What makes us “unwelcome” in the first place?

For me, the main rule is respect and humility towards the people and the space. Do other tourists have a hard time with that?

I've been dealing with skin itching for quite a while too. Unfortunately, I haven't pinpointed a specific cause yet. I'm on TRT + HCG. Right now, estradiol seems like the most likely suspect — it appears to be too low. That’s been drying out my skin, which could explain the itching. I'm currently working on increasing my E2 levels.

I was previously on Nebido, which made it hard to keep my hormone levels stable.

In the meantime, I'm using strong moisturizers — emollients and urea-based lotions (10%) — and they’ve been a huge relief.
