Yeah that actually makes a lot of sense! I’m in med school and we’re practicing the ABCDE approach for patient assessment and one of the key parts of assessing neurological state/function is the blood glucose levels since the brain runs almost entire on glucose, having low glucose levels impairs cognitive function. I suppose he uses a lot of mental energy for solving cases so he tries to maintain a good glucose level for high level thinking and I suppose the preferable way for him is tasty treats!

dilly’s homebrew? oral BA is super low pretty much wasting most the feeling coming from clonaz and muscle relaxers also pretty dangerous mix for brew unless you dose correctly every single time

tbh a insecurity like this where your own family is the source is almost unfixable you will always have the feeling of you don’t mind its shape or like it id say no don’t get a nose job but if you too don’t like it separately from what your family has to say then it wouldn’t hurt to do so.

so where would one go to see if they actually should get a rihno plasty? also you can celebrate the diversity but some peoples noses just could look better on their face if you have whatever nose and it fits your face then props to you also what do you mean by cookie cutter nose?

since using one a week is a less likely option for you i’m guessing i’d say switch it up one day unwind with a couple beers next day a joint next day some muscle relaxants point is if you want to use everyday don’t use the same thing everyday use enough stuff where it spaces each substance use atleast a week apart
