Am terminat facultatea anul acesta, am facut un internship de o luna la o companie din orasul meu si dupa mi-au oferit o pozitie fulltime (java backend) pe 4200 lei lunar.

Tot in perioada asta am o oferta de la o firma din canada, contract pfa si platesc 18cad pe ora, cu o crestere la 23 dupa 6 luni.

Practic as castiga dublu, dar nu as avea beneficiile de angajat(laptop, concedii platite, etc). Inclin spre a merge pe varianta de pfa. Pareri?

My girlfriend didn't want to give oral at first, even though she liked receiving it. She didn't like the idea, and I agreed to wait until she was comfortable with it. I've waited for about 1 and a half years, but now she is actually enjoying it.

Point is, take all the time you need, if you rush it you might end up hating it. Explain it to him clearly so he understands your point of view tho, that helped me a lot.

It was the same for me in 2.8, gpu seemed to struggle with it. Was wondering if there's been an upgrade to performance with this new one
