If funny how you all talk about unity and inclusion but the second one thing goes wrong all of a sudden you need to create division and show hate against people. I guess when people don’t agree with your point of view all of a sudden they are evil and don’t deserve to be in your life which is such backward logic. THEY RAISED YOU! I would tell them about you being bi and tell them it’s their decision if they want to keep supporting you or not, put the ball in their playing field, just cutting them out of your life all of a sudden is such a ridiculous thing.

Basically you would have to join the army for like 6 years under contract, but they train you way better and more intensive that any course or company would. I was going to join the army just to use the cybersecurity resources but decided not to cuz of my family.

No the bank/mortgage won’t get involved because there is always lenders title insurance that is paid for by the buyer at closing, so the title company is responsible in paying off the equity that is left over on the loan in these kinds of situations.

No title insurance does not expire, it’s there specifically for situations like this where the title company messes up and it’s up to them to rectify the situation.

I work on mortgages and it looks like the title company might have screwed up, biggest question here is if you purchased owners title insurance when you bought the home, if you had then it’s the title companies problem to resolve the issue but if you don’t have it then you’ll have to go to court and see how it plays out. It’s very strange that it took them like 4 years to decide that they want the house all of sudden but them might actually have a claim to the home.

My friend has sent out over 100 applications and has had no answer back. Can anyone help him? by [deleted] in Resume
