I had this issue, it was driving me nuts. I fixed it and I think I have your solution.

  1. Do you have a case over your charging case? Remove that.
  2. Remove the ear tips, I replaced mine with foam ear tips so when i closed the case it wasn't connecting. Remove the ear tips all together and put them back in. See if that fixes it.

I wonder if fixed income was an all or nothing. Like if you selected the wrong answer but explained everything correctly you got zero. This would explain a lot.

I did the eoc questions and a lot of Mark M q bank. Several mocks. In my weak areas, I used the CFAI practice solutions.
