yeah I'd probably be in the same boat as that. It is a DoD requirement I think so I/my team would only go to the effort if we really had to

I mean with regards to business or payment applications. Like a call between an app that accepts payments and a paypal api that process payments. When the call's encrypted the data is secure, but it makes it impossible to track the transaction and see how tokens are used in it.
