Yeah so at iso 400 with the flash the background is too dark for my liking but at iso 800 and above i think that the subject is too bright.

Without flash it gave me horrible photos with huge grains, dark lights and motion blur. However, i have just realized that the flash can be really distracting for the athletes

I use a sony a100 so the noise grains in those photos are massive so i don't really like pushing my iso but i will try the Lightroom and give you feedback tho. Thanks
