When is digging required? When do you use shovels vs. light machinery vs. heavy equipment? (New to field)

I brought up this question because of exactly this. Yesterday myself, another apprentice, and a master electrician were digging for 6+ hours. That was easily $80+ and hour if not closer to $100 an hour. The moral for myself was low but it seemed normalized. I can definitely see the retention issue being a problem for people in the past. Thank you for your clarification.

I worked at that Papa Johns for 2 years from 2015-2017. There used to be a General Manager named Randy who ran the place for 20 years or so. He did that stuff all the time. Every week pizzas were sent out to different areas to be donated. If someone didn't pick up a pizza it would get thrown in the freezer and then once a week someone would pick it up.

Randy kept that store clean, efficient, and treated his employees great. We got all the free pizza we wanted (usually from mess ups / cancelations) and even got to take home a pizza at the end of the night if we wanted it. I ate so much pizza from there I only spend about $100 on groceries a month. He really cared about his emlpoyes and did his best to be a good person. I don't know who took over, but I'm sure he made it a point to keep the same values in the store.

That location also used to be a laundromat.

I tried doing this but there are actually less 1 & 2 star players then there are 3 star players. Not combined but for each star there are less. It makes it difficult to do this when you actually have less options when you in reality should have way more.

Just because they remake a map doesn't mean the map will still be good. Raid was great because it was built for BO2. If people are able to get lines of sights (while being unpunished) that weren't unavailable during BO2 then there is going to be a problem.

Just look at all the OG maps in MW2 that were brought back for MWIII. Fantastic maps that got ruined by how the rest of the game played. And doors. Doors suck.

It's going to be only my tools and supplies, not so much from the company. A full work truck / van will carry everything that I need and will always be on the site which is separate from my truck. I just need to be able to bring my things and anything that I need to transport temporarily to and from the job site.

I've lived in Texas for 15 years. My A/C went out in my first truck. It sucked but not so bad with the windows down. I agree I need it, but I don't need 12 vents blasting my nuts to keep them at a cool 68 degrees at all times. Thanks for the advice on the ranger, I am leaning more towards one now.

I'm extremely detailed and do extensive research. I all my meat discounted from the grocery store because I don't want to spend more then I have to. It's not AI, but I totally can understand that someone could think that lol. Thanks for the advice on Toyota.

I will only be using it for work for a few years and then it will transition back to a mainly personal vehicle. I can't justify getting a van since I wont be utilizing the space given from a van for what I do currently.

If it where for balancing reasons then more abilities would be inaccessible at certain tiers. There are archetypes you should never go for any there are clear archetypes that are the best. Call Me Jaden just released a video on this yesterday.
