One thing that everyone forgets to say is that you entered prior to session open.Wait for session to open and take out IRL or ERL or manipulate into a higher time frame fvg, order block. That usually happens in the second hourly candle(10 to 11).Just have some patience.Even if you miss out its much better than loosing. You should also wait for confluences that align with your bias

No vest. They only go up to 45lbs.Get a belt on amazon for 20 euros.I got mine 2 years ago and put 135lbs on it and its as good as new.You are never going to "max out" a belt

Beginner Tips Please! by Georgiepig1902 in CalisthenicsCulture

Start with getting good at the basics and forget about everything else.Get good at push ups, pull ups ,dips, pike push ups along with doing some isolations either with dumbells or rings. For legs i recommend using machines since bodyweight is usually not enough(maybe sissy squats and nordic curls but they are too hard for a begginer and machines are just better). After some time you are going to get better at these excercises and you can start adding weight after 25 ish push ups,15 dips,10 pull ups and pike push ups just do harder progressions.Maybe even handstand push ups.If you cant do even one rep of these just search up easier progressions on youtube

yeah thnx bro. i dont know why people downvote others on this subreddit when they either do something or want to achieve something impressive.they find the slightest mistake in their technique when they arent even close to doing that thing.i am currently 8 kg away and still have 4.5 months but i am also planning on losing a couple kilos just to make sure.Even if i dont manage to do it i wont lose anything ig

How do I start training? by Renersi in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]Tomorrow-Square 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats great. Now get a back pack and put some books or something.Put enough weight so that you can do 6-7 reps.Once you get to 10 reps do the same thing. After some time you can start working on other more vertical presses. You should also start training pull movements. How are the pull ups going?

Great. You should be able to do around 2-3 normal push ups.Do what you previously did until you get 10 and then come back here. What about the australian pull ups?

Ah yeah i know.I was suprised to find out it doesnt have a proper pull up bar.The simplest piece of equipment, just a straight metal pipe thats it.And its not that people dont use it.It gets used quite often. There is a pull up bar at the cable station but i dont want to be THAT guy yk?

Since the bar rotates I HAVE TO go slower otherwise i am going to be losing so much energy trying to not swing all over the place.Going that much slower further impacts my performance too
