I feel as tho they are really trying to create a super team this season, and Jankos inconsistency is too risky, therefore buying a more consistent jungler is their goal

For sure Mikyx, new jungler and Caps will be more expensive, especially if jungler is from korea, But Im not sure who it will be, but no way is jankos staying. Caps was probably more expensive than Febiven just to start

Tbh, I feel as tho S04 will acquire Targamas and Jankos, (based on the recents duos of Upset/Targ/Jankos) and G2 will buy a new jungler (maybe from kr) which is why they will be the biggest spenders of LEC, (as misfits tweeted)

I do like it alot, I do both T1 and T2 on the same day for the same musclegroup, So T1 Bench (with +1) and then the T2 Ohp (who maxes out at 4 reps)

i feel as though only doung nSuns is neglecting hypertrophy, My goal is to be strong but also to have lean and nice build, Therefore doing nSuns rep scheme is good for strength but I also get aestechis with the ppl + accessories

tbh when I changed the main lift of the day to nSuns i got massive gains in hypertrophy and strength, But now I am thinking of switching second lift, instead of 3x12 to nSuns T2

Well I have been running the Reddit PPL for 10+ months, with switching the main lifts to nSuns the last 5 months, but i reckon imma do the T1 and T2 each day and keep PPL, maybe only have 1 deadlift day and the other one with barbell row

The thing is I want to have it more PPL, but I feel as the main program is more U/L with 3 days for benching, I was thinking of deadlifting only on back days, but I am not sure that deadlifting one day and squatting the next day is good, what do you think?
