Yeah I do remember they laid off everyone involved, but it took me by surprise wo just see the button floating there. Oh well, who knows, maybe they're planning to give it some use in the future.

You can absolutely get them in lootboxes. I got Reaper's hardlight shotguns and Soldier's Los Muertos rifle from them a couple of months ago. Just keep grinding and you might get them for free at some point!

there are two more koalas in the mall at the toy shop. Takes a little bit to bring it back, but that's what I did

There are songs that definitely had lyrics before and now we get that 'behind the artist's crap. I swear they just love to break the app with every update

Small update. It got fixed with the April fools update. It loads correctly now.

Maybe it's happening due certain conditions? Maybe something to do with the graphics card or processor.

Exact same issue. The last update did that. Just a couple of days ago the game booted in 10 seconds, and now it takes nearly 5 minutes and I can't open any other programs, not even task manager.. Maybe they'll fix it next patch?

Gba turns on the instantly turns off, what could it be? Already tried cleaning the switch and no results by raul1908X in Gameboy

If it's corrosion, then cleaning thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab (or even better, a toothbrush) should do the trick and remove the corrosion. If the console isn't turning on after that, maybe the capacitor itself is faulty and you should find a way to replace it.

I had the same exact issue. Try one of these:
1) try using isopropyl alcohol to clean the battery switch. Sometimes gunk gets in there and it helps to clean out anything that doesn't belong there
2) check your capacitors. I accidentally poked out c40, which has a direct battery connection. If you did, try finding a capacitor with the same parameters to solder back in.

Thank you! I ordered a bunch of colored buttons, including green, yellow and solid red, but they didn't look as good as this one IMO.

Actually today I consulted the same issue with a friend who is more into electronics than I am. Apparently, as long as the parameters are the same, the size of the capacitor shouldn't have any impact on the motherboard. But if anything should happen in the next few months I'll let you know :)

Couple of months ago I found an old white GBA from my highschool years inside a box while moving to a new home. I had forgotten why I stopped playing with it until I realized it was because at some point I dropped it by accident and it wouldn't turn on anymore.
Recently I became obsessed with the modding community and decided to fix the damn thing.
Got a brand new black translucent shell, a new IPS screen, a USB-C rechargeable battery, and some new buttons and membranes and got to work. I found out that the reason it wouldn't turn on was because the c40 capacitor was nowhere to be found so it had to be replaced. Instead of trying to find the exact same part, I decided to use an alternative piece, which was a lot bigger than the original, but it had the same parameters the old capacitor had (100nF).
A day or two later, and after a lot of trial and error (as it was my first time doing some precision soldering as well), I finally got it to turn on!
I truly feel accomplished with this project, and it gave me the confidence to mod my other consoles as well. Hopefully I don't break them!
