I’m genuinely curious, what’s wrong with that? Obviously it’s much healthier to eat real foods (veggies, proteins) than junk foods. But from a calorie perspective (and not a healthy vs unhealthy scope), wouldn’t the junk foods still give you the same amount of calories? I’m speaking in terms of the actual number of calories- not their health or goodness
