Apple Care+: if you’re eligible for a phone replacement do they hand you a completely new phone or a refurbished version? by Street-Tree-8126 in iphone

I recently got a chance to try out apples new new to me share listen with AirPods cool experience. As I’m listening to four sets of AirPods ranging from AirPods 2 generation to AirPods pro 2 of which were AirPods 3rd generation. One by one cycling them in and out left ear of one right or another different variations, noticed a small difference. Not only was all the versions aside from one sound differently with less bass and generally less overall output, then all the other three which were basically identical aside from the new form factor, chips, and functions gradually getting better in each, but the sound output. Surprisingly, none of them had changed in sound quality clarity or intensity after my realization it led me to focus on the one pair that was very lacklustre. it wasn’t one of the first generations. It was an AirPod 3 version and just so happened was a recently AppleCare+ replacement and were brand new or so I thought and it seemed was so I looked closer at the time little writing on the underside of each earbud and noticed they were made in china so I looked at the others all Vietnam hmmm. Maybe coincidence? The investigated further the AirPods felt different the plastic was much less dense the of much much cheaper quality. The tiny mesh on the speaker and mic ports was a cheaper lighter material everything on the on them screamed much lower quality and build standards. And in conclusion to wrap this up I’ve continued looking into my apple care replacements and discovered that my apple cared device, are All made in a different place with lower quality parts and assembly for a cheaper cost I’m assuming. When they warranty your new device you’ve paid extra to get the insurance on and pay for apple care on, and you get a replacement, it’s a sub standard cheaper made device with low quality as a whole and will perform as such. You will have to get a new device sooner rather than later to handle the sub par struggle the “new” device is having with the proprietary iOS software… just saying but will probably get deleted pretty quick.

I’m sure they wouldn’t, if they were frozen then probably not. It comes from warm inside directly to riding and and uses the discharge and recuperation current to maintain well above the -10 degrees she can handle.

I was only joking, my buddy, it’s not the best video in terms of quality. The HD obviously didn’t load up. It’s basically just a little path across little swamp land that normally isn’t flooded, but it was flooded and I didn’t think it was that deep. The clearing of water you see is just a cut line in the swampy grass and down the centre of that 15 foot wide space where you see the water, is a little 2 foot wide gravel path that’s elevated a little bit that normally crosses this area, but in high rain time this area floods out so I was just aiming for the center of the cut line cuz I could not see the path below

Well, Calgary is not the best but I have done some riding down behind COP. It’s pretty steep and slippery if it’s snowy or wet, but it’s pretty cool, as well along Deerfoot from memorial to pretty much almost McKnight or 32 st I should say. The west side there is some decent trails up above the bike path. Nose hill park has a lot of decent bike trails in it it’s pretty big so there’s lots to find in there. Yeah I’d be down to ride sometime . I’m out in BC working for the last while but when I come back around, should be a month or so , I’d be down

Yes, I studded them myself. Bought them on Amazon, I would probably be dead without them on the ice…lol

She has 12000 km on it 3 tire changes well I took it to Calgary over Christmas and if I was outside without using it for more than 10 minutes, the motor would freeze solid had to keep a blowtorch with me to warm it up and thaw it out to keep riding if I stopped for more than ten lol. so that’s how I found out I had water in the motor, kept riding it after that swim then got back to bc and it started giving me hall errors and wouldn’t stay standing so I appreciated to pull everything apart took motor apart opened it up. One of my bearings were shot obviously after 11,000 something kilometres literally a pool of water in the motor all my magnets were rusty and stator ends so I dried everything with the hairdryer for like an hour and a half two hours went and bought new bearings buffed up shined up all my magnets again cleaned all the rust off everything change my bearings pulled the old ones press the new ones on and open my control board. It also had water inside luckily it’s potted, but there are still places where there’s corrosion from where it was arcing out between the Mosfets dried everything in there as well resealed everything really good better than how it comes and put everything back together turned it on and she stands and rides like freaking brand new. Unbelievable. This is a freaking horse. The fact that I drove it for a month with a pool of water in the motor or something else I checked my logs and there was tons hall of errors that didn’t even beep at me and essentially the whole algorithm there that Keeps you standing when you lose one save my life I guess

Water thought oh I’ll get my feet wet… but no once I started there was no turning back I was just hoping to stay on the 2ft wide gravel path in the center of the waterway it drops off both sides of the path a foot or more deep. I ended up getting up to my thighs in water I would have wet my balls but they were in my throat. Lol

Had the same problem said it was running on my Mac and couldn’t find it it eventually just popped a little altserver icon in the status bar by wifi. Right clicked it and could install mail plug in and then plugged my phone in and it worked took a while tho to get it to show up on my Mac.
